Our Vision: We shall continue to give persistent education to the masses until the people’s ignorance about maintaining good health and preventive care is totally removed and wellbeing consciousness is well assimilated and fully adopted by the people of Africa and in diaspora. Under this new orientation, the number of people getting sick will reduce; death rate and treatment cost will definitely reduce; production will increase with more healthy people and healthy environment. These will surely boost our economy which will add more value to individual life and Africa in diaspora will become a better place to live.

 HEALTH AND WELLNESS These two words – ‘health’ and ‘wellness’ may seem to look alike literally in meaning but I am happy to inform you that, they are not but two different concepts that are quite variable, and there meanings are also different. According to World Health Organization (WHO):  “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity (illness)”  “Wellness is the optimal state of health of individuals and groups, and it is expressed as a positive approach to living.” This is to say that; wellness is not just mere physical health. It is holistic and multidimensional. It comprises of six dimensions which include: physical, intellectual, emotional, environmental, social and spiritual wellness.
