CARING FOR YOUR HEALTH ON DAILY BASIS – II

In my last post, I discussed about the importance and the conditions that necessitate caring for your health on daily basis. I also promised teaching you the steps that need to be taken to promote your good health and wellness.
If you have not known; know as from
today that your health and wellness depend generally on your lifestyle: i.e. what
you eat, drink, and what you do for living. “Man dies gradually on daily basis
through the fork or the fingers that go into the mouth during his meals.”
You can therefore do the following to
monitor your health on daily basis:
1.
Whatever
that goes into your system through your mouth must be sincerely checked and strictly
monitored. Do not eat because you must eat and don’t just eat anything. Always
eat with passion.
2.
Always
eat organic food (otherwise known as natural food) instead of eating processed
food. Place mainly most of your meals on vegetables, fruits and nuts.
3.
Drink
natural clean water or vegetable and fruit juice instead of processed water.
The so called pure or bottled water or other manufactured/artificial drinks are
not pure as you might have thought.
4.
Run
away from alcohol totally. It is dangerous to your health.
5.
If
you are smoking, stop it totally. It is dangerous to your health.
6.
Use
oil sparingly in your food and always run away from oily and fried food.
7.
Use
salt sparingly in your food or no salt at all if you can bear it. It’s far better.
8.
Don’t
ever go near sugar at all. It is poisonous and therefore dangerous to your
health. Instead, use original natural honey moderately.
9.
Have
enough rest on daily basis after a day’s hectic work.
10. Run away from
red meat. Eat fish – (especially salmon and sardine) very often. Chicken also
is acceptable for your consumption as well.
11. Check your Blood Pressure very often. It is
very essential for your health. It will save you from a sudden death.
12. Always exercise
yourself on daily basis or at least, three to four times in a week if you can
afford it.
13. Always see that
you take your food supplement
regularly according to prescription.
On the final
note, start to make your food your medicine from this time on; if not, your
medicine
may become your food later in life. This is a fact as much as health and
wellness issues are concerned and never a curse.
To successfully accomplish the above
listed health instructions; you will require a very strong self-discipline,
courage, motivations, sincerity, hope and self-belief.
If
you can sincerely obey and put the above instructions into practice, you will
enjoy good and steady health and also maintain your wellness as long as live.
At a point in time, you will forget how much they sell head ache pills.
