To all my readers throughout the World - those that made comments, clicked love, read and shared the information with their loved ones, followed me after reading; and those who took their time to read and passed without doing any of those things mentioned above, I am seizing this opportunity to say thank you all. Complement of the season to you and also wishing you and your loved ones  happy year 2025. I pray that you will enjoy this year in peace, love, good stable health and wellness in the mighty name of Jesus. 

I am very sorry for a break along the line in the dissemination of health and wellness  information. This is due to some logistics which could not be controlled. We are hoping that things will go according to plan this year so that information shall flow as expected.

I seize this opportunity to assure you that this page will touch more vital areas in health which are more practicable with positive results (i.e. actions that will make you to be more free from sickness- Preventive healthcare.) The implication of this is that you will be filled with quality energy which will positively increase your productivity and directly or indirectly positively increase your income. This will surely bring more happiness into the family.

The only thing you can do for me this year that will make me happy, and boost my morale is to like, follow me, and share all the health information read on this page to your loved ones. You may be saving a life by doing so.

 HEALTH AND WELLNESS These two words – ‘health’ and ‘wellness’ may seem to look alike literally in meaning but I am happy to inform you that, they are not but two different concepts that are quite variable, and there meanings are also different. According to World Health Organization (WHO):  “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity (illness)”  “Wellness is the optimal state of health of individuals and groups, and it is expressed as a positive approach to living.” This is to say that; wellness is not just mere physical health.
