Health is very important in all aspects
of human's life. In fact, there is nothing close in comparison. It is when you
are healthy that you can think about or do anything that's worthy in life. So, the
time and money invested on health is a great and best decision anyone could ever
make in life. If you love your health, and wants to maintain your wellness,
take your time and read through this message. Take necessary steps as advised,
and you will enjoy stable good health and wellness throughout the time you’ll
live here on earth.
It
has become a popular statement in the preventive healthcare sector these days
that you should make your food your medicine. Failure to heed to this advice
will force you to make your medicine your food later in life. This is not a curse
but a proven health fact that is very practical and real.
People
may ask: “how do I make my food my medicine?”
Your lifestyle is based on your daily
living. Your lifestyle at the other hand is: what you eat and drink; what you
do for living; your hobby and other daily habitual activities.
If you are not aware, food itself is the
medicine for hunger. But apart from quenching the effect of hunger in our
system, the richness in nutrients of the food that we consume on daily basis,
determines the type of healing effect it will give as medicine in our body
system. This is why it is important to include a variety of food items on our
meal’s time-table on daily basis. It is paramount to do this because eating
only one item of food at every meal we take will not give us all needed
nutrients in our body. If we limit ourselves to eating only few number of food
items continuously for a period of time, there is a tendency that deficiency of
vital nutrients would result; which definitely could lead to the expression of
certain diseases in our body system.
Once
this happens, treatment becomes imperative and later such disease may be healed
after a lot of pains and payment of heavy bills; or on the other hand the
situation may enter into the stage of a continuous management if it does not involve
the life of the victim. The above stated conditions depend on how grievous the manifested
disease is; if it is a terrible case; upon all the treatments the doctors might
have given, huge amount expended on drugs, various tests carried out, the
trauma the family and friends might have gone through, long and valuable time
wasted in the hospital; the victim may at last still die.
Any
reasonable person who wants to live well and lives healthy or a serious person
who is obsessed about his or her health and wellness will never pray to
experience the above stated terrible health situation. It is really painful and
very expensive in terms of money, time and emotion.
The
question is: “Why should any person suffer or undergo such terrible health
condition when only correct and adequate dieting could make it avoidable?” The
Bible says: “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge……..” (Bible ref:
Hosea 4:6).
If you can only be patient enough to
read through this message, the issue of lack of information, knowledge or
ignorant of the way to good health and wellness are out of your way. The only crucial
issue awaiting you after reading through this information is your courage and
ability to take necessary action immediately by doing something critical and
special regarding your diet that will later positively give a long term effect
on your health and wellness. Knowing every how and why of all aspects of health
and wellness without putting them into practice is as good as having no
knowledge at all or being totally ignorant. You are still within the people the
Bible referred to above.
Always eat right. Eat combined
variety of foods continuously; make combination of agreeable food items at
every meal. Make vegetables and fruits (raw food) vital and more in quantity in
every meal you eat. Also, go on adequate food supplements and top it all with
adequate and continuous exercise (30 – 60 minutes) on daily basis or at least
three to four times a week.
The more raw food you eat regularly
(plant based food), and more regular you are at your daily exercise, the better
your health. If it is not from the nature, avoid consuming it.
If
you can heed to this preventive health advice – (i.e.) take active and bold
steps about your diet; you will not only have a positive instant change in your
health and wellness, but will have more productive time which could have been
wasted in the hospital during possible avoidable emergencies; you would be free
from unnecessary pains, your hospital bill would drastically decline if not
totally removed; you would also enjoy longevity and life free of disease. Do not
wait until an ailment expresses itself before you start with the process of
treatment. Always remember the popular health statement that says: “Prevention
is better than cure.” Curing of any ailment after it has appeared is always
very expensive and painful. It also leaves behind a negative emotion and sad
memory especially if the victim’s life could not be redeemed during curing
process.
